@stevensalter1 Is your issue when trying to access webmail too? The Bing search URL found at images.webSearchUrl in the official API can be found at inline_images.see_more_link in ours. Returned in the relatedSearches.value key (array of related searches) in the official API, our API returns the equivalent in the top level related_searches key (array of related searches). The Bing search URL that would be found under webPages.webSearchUrl in the official API can be found under search_metadata.bing_url in our API. Next we're going to authenticate via the api_key query parameter and remove the headers entirely as they're not necessary for any calls to our endpoint.
I contacted microsoft yesterday and they checked the account and said there was a problem with the BT server. Just trying that – whatever I try I get a microsoft account sign in pop up. I tried to log in via My BT but that didn't work. I have a structured library of email content on which I rely. I rely on the integration provided by Office applications. Does your account show that?

I think I didn't know what the password was but I have remembered it now! When using the browser did you manually enter the password or was it entered automatically by the browser? Are you currently a BT broadband customer or if not do you pay BT for premium mail? I type in the correct details (I am sure this is the case as I have reset my password beforehand and I still cannot do so). Despite typing in the password correctly (or at least I think it is correct) I have not been able to sign in. It behaves badly when I use the link at the top of this page.

It doesn't help that I have Basic email and therefore not even recognised as a customer on bt.com … I've had exactly the same problem for a week i.e. can log-in via mobile but not via laptop. Basic Email
I can't get past the login details on my phone. I can input username, email and password but then I get an error flagged up on the bt.com page – it says to quote 'bmx-2xxx' from the url. I have been trying to log in to all 6 of my email accounts and have had the same response as above. The new email logging format has appeared on my PC.

If I try the account email and password I get The password for accessing email is not always the same as the one used to access My Account. If you are it may be that the IP address that she is using is with her email app are black listed by BT. Without knowing the "type" of account it is not possible to know if the email account has the "authority" to use email apps or email clients so there is no point in trying to fix something that may not be able to be fixed at your end. Looking at the email addresses on MyBT page her account shows as Active, is that what you mean? Confirmed we can get in via webmail but still not via the app.
Previously on logging in the Inbox opened. Are you able to try using a different browser on your Chromebook to see if the same thing happens? But the part about deleting the Favourite and resaving from the BT Home Page link has not resolved it for standard browser windows. I've had this issue for over two week on one laptop.

There are now a couple of new steps to fill in before you can access email. I tried to log in and was told there is an error with my account. BT seems to have removed our email account when we moved to Cloudworks. If I try the BT email and password I get Can't see how to get started with outlook on the web…do we even have an email account left I wonder?

If you are try logging on with the "Email" button at the top of this page or with this link BTMail My email account was working perfectly on Friday, then since Saturday mid-morning the issue started. I was trying to log in to web mail because Outlook complained that my password suddenly didn't work. To be sure that all is still good, I just sent a test email to my old BT address and it arrived almost instantly in Gmail.Works on my PC and my android phone. I have an old BT email address and my current Gmail address all working happily together. The settings within Gmail allow you to select your default account and you can choose your BT address if you wish.
